• A first rest area with capacity for 12 beds, as well as showers and toilets.

   A separate space previously used by the owner as a home, ideal for management, private rental or additional accommodation.
2. Complementary spaces

• An open-plan area with multiple possibilities, perfect for expanding rest areas, creating workshops or activities.
• A conditioned granary that currently functions as a yoga room, providing a differential value to the complex.
