Two large houses with luxury vintage-style renovation. They are spacious and suitable for very large families. They are ready to update the interior to your liking, without the need to start from scratch.
A self-contained apartment with its own entrance, located on one of the sides of one of the houses. It has its own bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It is perfect for rentals, guests or family who want independence.
A brown brick house to renovate, with a pre-approved subsidy for the reform. It allows you to expand the project with financial support already underway.
A warehouse with previous hotel use, ideal for opening a bar, restaurant or local business. Currently there is no bar in the village.

Grants and funding

Due to its location in the mining region, the complex allows you to opt for two types of economic support.

Non-repayable LEADER grants. They can cover up to 50% of the eligible investment, with an approximate limit of €200,000. They finance the rehabilitation of rural homes and apartments, the creation of tourist businesses, the opening of rural bars or restaurants and entrepreneurship projects with job creation.

Mining Funds / SODECO. It is co-financing, not non-refundable, for economic diversification and job creation projects, which complements bank financing.
